Osteotomies around the knee are part of knee preserving procedures in degenerative knees. Moreover, even in Sportstrauma and Arthroscopy osteotmies around the knee are part of the treatment concept.

Goal of the course is to present perspective of deformities around the knee, respecting all planes and the soft tissues, and the bony structures. Successful treatment of deformities in degenerative uni-compartimental OA and patellofemoral disease needs detailed knowledge of anatomy, kinematics, and function of all structures in the knee joint. This course offers a detailed view of the knee joint, focusing on practical skills in deformity analysis, correction planning, and anatomical dissection.
